The First of Many History Trips

I love Gettysburg! Last time was early spring when the redbuds were just opening.

Gettysburg is one of my absolute favorite places. And I lurves me some Abe Lincoln! What a nice way to frame the visit.

Beautiful post (pictures and the use of quotes). I just drove passed Gettysburg yesterday - now that the SO and I are in DC area, and after seeing your pictures - I think we may have to take a trip.
